| Dallas, Texas (Oct.20,2008) - Riverstone Residential Group, the nation's premier residential management company, has promoted Stephanie Brock to President of the company's Central Division. In her new role, Stephanie provides operational oversight for a portfolio of managed residential assets that includes more than 55,000 apartment units. The apartment communities are located in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana and Nevada.
"Stephanie is a key member of our leadership team," said Christy Freeland, CEO of Riverstone Residential Group. "Her exceptional operational track record and strong client focus make her ideally suited to take on the responsibilities of Divisional President."
Stephanie is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. She has more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She has been with Riverstone since its inception and previously served as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Riverstone, she was with Trammell Crow Residential Services where she was instrumental in re-establishing market presence in Houston, Denver and Phoenix
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin. She isactive in a number of industry organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Joint Legislature Advisory Committee for Colorado. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. |
